Fun fluid combat, basic movement but it gets the job done. The platforming aspect seems a bit lost sadly. So far a pleasant exp.After having finished the game My final thoughts are that the platforming aspect is very lost and it is very fight heavy esecpially in the final area. But everything else works well. The movement feels fluid and all the abilities I unlcoked are fun and work well. The boss fights make good use of what you unlock. The game is hard enough but not too hard.. It is hard to hate on this because I do feel as if there is something here. However, from the small amount I played, the world feels empty & barren in some areas, animations are off, he runs like he is special...For a GREAT action / adventure / platformer, game controls have to FEEL good and this one does not. Sorry. PS: Plus I feel as if you could get several good games for the PRICE of this ONE.. I really love the art style and sountrack. Short but very pretty. It can be improved the time that tooks to use the potions.. It is hard to hate on this because I do feel as if there is something here. This is the most Zelda-like game I've ever fired from Steam.Granted its a linear stage-based game, but I mean, look at it! its beautiful, its tight, its responsive, its well designed, and you know how fantasy games would go out of their way to try and tell you why these mage guys are oh so deep and different from those OTHER mage guys, well I guess this is the advantage of taking a fully developed mythology because man, I was trully interested in learning more about it at every step.Now granted I might be biased because Im mexican... no, scratch that, Im definitely biased, but I trully think you're getting a bang for your buck with this game.. A nice piece of a videogame we have right here.. I love this game. The world is so fun, and the sense of scale is amazing. There were moments where I would encounter a boss, and be in such awe of their size and scale. It felt like playing the best parts of Okami and Shadow of the Colossus at the same time.
